Stopped by here on a Sunday around 11am and the food was great! I ordered the Bo Luc Lac and found it prepared well. The veggies weren’t over cooked and they didn’t over do any sauce. The waitress filled my water 4+ times. Definitely coming back! More

Excellent Vietnamese food frequently visited by the hospital workers next door. Delicious pho and bun bo hue hit the spot on a cold day. Beware of the little green peppers in bun bo hue and don't bite into them or you'll regret it.

The prices are a bit higher than other Vietnamese restaurants in the San Jose area, but the food is excellent and delicious. The vermicelli with BBQ pork was fantastic. The bánh mì was also good. More

This place is amazing! I’m a big fan of the sandwiches, the Pho is incredible and and of the broken rice dishes! Very authentic and very flavorful. I love coming here when I’m in town, no frills and totally my style of Vietnamese restaurant. Bring all of friends and family the place is very large and spacious!!!

Broken rice was too mushy. The grilled pork was dry and did not have the smokey char - was more caramelized. They should have put less rice and more meat. This dish was not a real authentic com suon nuong! More

Pretty good! Not too busy on a Sunday evening. Egg rolls were so good. Pho is decent though I like it a little saltier (personal preference). 5 stars because they have Durian shake!!! More

Nothing too memorable it was okay. The combination fried rice had like boiled pork and chicken pictured were huge pieces with no flavor we scooted them to the side the bbq pork spring rolls were good with the peanut sauce and the sandwich was okay …probably won’t be coming back again More

Solid Vietnamese restaurant with a large menu. I went for the bbq pork broken rice plate while my wife had a bbq pork vermicelli bowl. The food itself was delicious. We came in with about an hour to close and they were cleaning the floors and many parts of the restaurant for the end of the day, which was not a big deal, except for the fact that they had big industrial fans everywhere to dry the floors, and they moved them to point towards us while we were eating. Not the most comfortable eating environment. But I will come back to give them another chance and rereview them after. I was craving Vietnamese food, and after a quick search, I found this place. I'm so glad I did! From the moment you walk in, you can feel its authenticity (don't let the outside fool you). No frills vietnamese food. Reasonable price and portion ($16.99 for bun thit with pork and shrimp). The grilled pork was seasoned most heavy but it's balanced out with the bun. The shrimp is just grilled without much seasoning which was fine by me but can see others wanting more seasoning (maybe a glaze of fish sauce at the end would be great). I walked over from Valley Medical for a late lunch (3:30p) between regular meal hours and glad that they are open and has clean interior. Was recommended by my Vietnamese American hairdresser to this restaurant for lunch. The lunch environment was tranquil and the guests were just chatting softly. Also, the restaurant is spacious and is suitable for a customer who needs to use a wheelchair. Food was good and tasted freshly made to me as well. Kudos to the mango vermicelli rolls and the peanut dipping sauce. All in all, it was a pleasant experience for me.
