Not the cheapest, but damn... the truffle burger is worth my soul. Since going to a digital kiosk, modifications can be tricky, but I was able to ask the manager directly for what I wanted. The food hall itself is just a really cool place to go in general. More

Loved the burger! One of the best in Raleigh. Juicy, spicy, and fresh. The truffle butter is just out of the world. Also, the size is pretty big, somewhat ok for 2. Didn’t like the Asian -something- fries. But that might be my own tastebud. Place is pretty crowded, so wear a mask and keep your distance.

We went to Cowbar and wow — the burgers were incredible! You can tell they put real time and love into making them. The fries were hand-cut and super tasty — crispy on the outside, soft inside, just perfect. The service was awesome too — everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
And honestly… that says a lot, because my friend ate four burgers. They were that good. We’ll definitely be back!

Hell of a cheeseburger! Filling! Fresh meat and well you see them make it right there just how you like it. Make it a triple or whatever, it's quality food and kind service. Award winning too. I like their location here, it's a larger space, lots of seating, easy access to outside seating and the Epic Axe. Ice cream right there too! Between this and the tacos I would try and do a little of both. Or make two trips. Enjoy!

I ordered a Kim Jun Yum hot dog; after fee minutes when they called my name i was handed a fries. I asked them and they changed it (which took another few minutes) then when the order came it didnt have the kimchi and it was a plain hot dog.
However the meat quality in hot dog was really good that made me guess this place should definitely have high potentials. So next time I visit Raleigh I should try another meal there.

We went to CowBurger in Raleigh last night for dinner and had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious, everything came out fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed night out.
A special shout-out to the general manager, David, who was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really stood out and added to an already great evening.
Highly recommend CowBurger if you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and a fantastic vibe!

This was my first and LAST time eating here. According to the description of the smash burger, it comes with lettuce, onion, tomato, and your choose of sauce and cheese. On any other menu a choice of sauce and cheese would be interpreted as being included. To my misfortune cheese and sauce was not included so I ended up with a huge dry burger. Also, I paid $.50 extra for fries onions to end up with a few slices of red onion that may have touch the grill but were certainly not fried.
When I questioned the young man about the cheese and showed him on my phone where it was listed, he justified my confusion but said the owner didn’t write how it was meant.
Even after spending almost $50 total, I didn’t eat the burger (I guess I’ll go home and doctor it up and try to salvage the money I wasted). Instead, I went to the stand beside CowBar, GymTacos. I spent $8.50 at gym tacos and enjoyed every bite.
To the owner: if you’re going to run a POS only counter (meaning no one takes your order; you simply put it in the system, or you can order online), then please make sure there are explicit instructions. Also, please smash the smash burgers. They shouldn’t be thick like the classic. Lastly, it would be helpful to fist-timers to have instructions or a statement that tells how to order and pick up your food. Something simple, like, “Order here or online, wait for a text. Don’t forget to ask for cheese!”
Now, the cook staff were friendly, the host/cashier was friendly until my daughter asked for a bag. He approached the counter buttoning his pants and asked, “did you get a text?” No greeting, nothing, but at least he gave her the bag…(I wish she wouldn’t have told me about the pants).

I was really looking forward to trying this burger spot at Morgan Food Hall, but unfortunately, my experience was pretty frustrating from start to finish.
First, I waited over 30 minutes for my order—and it never arrived. Apparently, their system was down, so they had to replace my order. When the food finally came, I decided to try their Asian fries. Honestly, there was just too much going on with the fries—they were overly wet, and the mix of salty and sweet flavors didn’t work for me at all. When I politely mentioned this to the staff, I was met with a dismissive comment that I should have “looked before placing the order,” which felt unnecessarily rude.
The burger itself was decent at first—until my friend pointed out mold on the bottom of the bread. I immediately told the manager, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead, he shrugged it off, saying the bread “came on the truck like that,” and was generally unhelpful. No apology, no offer of a refund or a replacement meal.
As we were leaving, we saw an employee throwing out the same type of bread, which just confirmed the poor quality control. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that I won’t be repeating or recommending.

I got the truffle dog but I got coleslaw instead of onions. Omgshhhhhh so good! The sauce was amazing and the hot dog I think was grilled. You could taste the flavor inside. And the hand cut fries were perfect. 10/10. Absolutely met all my expectations.
