It is this dedication to creating a balanced environment that distinguishes Less And More Coffee Ii from other high-traffic locations in the area.
Why Less And More Coffee Ii Stands Out
Commitment to Quality Ingredients: The foundation of every beverage served is a rigorous selection process. By sourcing beans that prioritize ethical farming practices and peak freshness, the baristas ensure that every cup highlights the unique flavor profiles inherent to the origin of the coffee.
Strategic Urban Accessibility: Situated conveniently on SW 6th Ave, the cafe serves as a perfect waypoint for those navigating the city. Its proximity to public transit lines and major downtown office buildings makes it an ideal stop for those who value convenience without compromising on the quality of their daily ritual.
Minimalist Atmosphere: The interior design is intentionally curated to reduce sensory overload. By focusing on a minimalist aesthetic, the cafe provides a neutral backdrop that allows guests to focus on their work, their conversation, or simply the sensory experience of their drink.
Community-Centric Service: At its core, the establishment thrives on the relationships built with its patrons. The staff is trained to provide attentive, knowledgeable service, fostering a sense of belonging that turns a simple transaction into a consistent part of the local community's daily routine.
Beyond the technical aspects of brewing, the true essence of Less And More Coffee Ii lies in its ability to serve as a bridge between the fast-paced nature of downtown Portland and the human need for a moment of pause. The cafe does not attempt to be everything to everyone; instead, it excels by being exceptionally good at the fundamentals. This focus allows the team to maintain a high standard of consistency, ensuring that every visitor receives the same level of care and attention, regardless of the time of day or the intensity of the city outside.
As the landscape of Portland continues to evolve, the importance of reliable, high-quality neighborhood hubs becomes increasingly apparent. Less And More Coffee Ii remains dedicated to this role, serving as a reliable constant for the residents and workers of the 97204 area. By prioritizing the integrity of the product and the comfort of the guest, the cafe continues to cultivate a loyal following. Whether you are a long-time resident or a traveler passing through Oregon, a visit to this location offers a genuine glimpse into the local coffee culture—a culture that values substance, simplicity, and the quiet joy of a perfectly prepared beverage.
In conclusion, Less And More Coffee Ii represents a thoughtful approach to the modern cafe experience. By stripping back the excess and focusing on the essential components of great coffee and a welcoming environment, it provides a necessary respite in the heart of the city. We invite you to experience this balance for yourself the next time you find yourself navigating the streets of downtown Portland. It is more than just a place to grab a drink; it is a space designed to enhance your day, one cup at a time.

Cute vibe. I got the custard cream coffee I think it was called, not really my thing, it tasted very bland. I'm not sure if it was the coffee or preference, I'll probs be back and just try something else. … More

Less and More Coffee II is right next to Pioneer Square. It's got a modern, clean look, and the coffee is beautiful and delicious. It's a bit small, so there's not a lot of seating inside, but you can also just get your coffee to go. When I … More

Got the houjicha and cloud custard lattes - both delicious and very reasonably priced!
The houjicha was so chocolatey-umami rich and not burnt at all, which is hard to find with tea lattes.
And the cloud custard was SOOO cheesy-creamy which balanced out the lightly acidic coffee blend. Would love to go back and try their other items!
Nothing is too sweet or too lacking in sweet. Well balanced :)
Barista was really friendly, as were the other customers who all just seemed happy to be there, haha.
Highly recommend!

The enjoyme latte is amazing. Really unique flavor and the foam is delicious, beautiful presentation too. In my opinion it is better than the tiramisu latte at their other location! The girl who works here is super kind and great at making the drinks as well. One of my favorite coffee places in Portland it’s a must try!

If you go to any coffee shop in all of Portland, this has to be the one! Ryan has so much experience in coffee and it absolutely shows. He puts so much care into each cup of coffee that he makes and his latte art is phenomenal 🔥 His espresso is absolutely delicious and made with such expertise. The space is clean and inviting with well thought out seating! The location is perfect as well if you’re shopping around Pioneer Square and need a pick-me-up! Overall, a 10/10 coffee experience!!

I ordered the Lavender Honey Latte, which was quite good. The barista seemed very professional and was very fast. The shop is located inside a building, and there isn't much seating available. When we arrived, there weren't many desserts left to choose from, which suggests they sell very well. Overall, it's a pretty good shop. More

The Hojicha latte is delightful. Green tea pairs well with the roast and with soy milk. A little service hiccup meant I got to try both the hot and the iced. 🤩 The green 🍵 sings best in the hot! Tea fans you won't regret this experience. On my must list for downtown Portland. … More

The signage was easy to miss from across the street, and I almost walked right past it. The shop has limited seating and seems to cater mostly to takeaway orders. I had a latte, which was okay, though the pastries in the case were already sold out by the time I arrived. Overall, it’s a clean, minimalist, modern-style coffee spot. More
