This place is awesome! Yes the lines are long, but there’s a reason, they are so good! Amazing quality, flavors, and prices! Very impressed, we go there pretty much every night after dinner! Keep up the good work!

Update: it was not said in a kindly manner but it was done in a rude way. This was never said to me, “ I would be happy to bring them to you rather than hand then out the window.” I decided to leave because I was not treated politely. If it would have said nicely there wouldn’t have been any reason for me to leave. The first time I tried it was great and the staff was very friendly and nice. Went there for a second time, I was in my car and the staff ask me to go to the drive thru. I had trouble with my car window and I explain to the staff that I was not able to go to the drive thru because of it, and she rudely said that she couldn’t do anything about because it was not her problem. Yet she stood out side and continue smocking.

Went through the drive thru for the first visit. The young lady at the window immediately said “wait one moment” and then continued to finish telling her coworker a story. Only then did she ask for our orders, and then ASKED how much we would like to tip. She didn’t ask IF, she asked how much based on the choices prompted on her system. We wouldn’t have minded if she had held it out to us to select, but she basically shouted this question out for other staff members and honestly even other cars to hear. Just super awkward for a drive thru service. I like to tip and show appreciation to who prepares my food, but this felt really rude and strange. When we asked to do a custom tip (I.e. not one of the shouted options) she then called out to someone to come help her fix the amount for the tip. It drew even more attention! I don’t know if this just went over her head but it’s honestly not always an expectation to tip at a quick service establishment. We pulled up after paying to wait for the cones, and she had to come out and ask for the order again. So clearly her priority was on the tip. 🤦‍♀️ I get it, but it really just soiled the experience and I probably won’t return knowing that I have to shout the tipping amount out for some crushed ice and syrup.

We love this place!!! Being the Big sister of an Autistic Child, We love the fact their are Autistic People working here. We will forever love this place and the sweetness that comes from not only the snow cones but the employees as well!

The one star is not for the snowballs because the snowballs are great! The one star is for the horrible customer service and rotten management. I arrived at Pelicans at 830 and sat with 4 kids in the line for 45 min until 9:15 when myself and 5 other cars were told that we would not be getting served and we had sat there for nothing. If you own a business and you have customers sitting outside in your line for 45 min then you should have the decency to take care of those people rather than be rude and hateful. Some sort of system should be in place for closing time so that doesn't continue to happen because i don't know anyone that would appreciate having their time wasted like that without having something to say about it.
