I didn’t know why people were complaining but I had an awakening on why that is. Poor customer service, the atmosphere was clean, food was not worth a $1. Unless you’re getting a beverage. I would never eat here. More

I dine in, and do delivery as well. Great customer service, atmosphere is wonderful, peace, always hot fresh and ready. Though they do need to work on the ribs and the chicken seems to be not what it was when they first open. Great drinks, always tip your bartenders. More

BBQ chicken pizza was pretty good. Wings had no sauce on them. Don’t try to get a drink until the bartender comes in at 2. 😳Several TVs were on. Very very loud and loud music playing at same time. NO customer service. And it’s a shame because the place is beautiful! We ended up getting it to go due to the noise. … More

First time and not the last time! The food here is outstanding. I'm a food photographer and get the luxurious opportunity to try many restaurants in Chicago. This was my first time trying Reggio's and it will not be my last. I loved their hawaiian thin crust pizza and their bbq ribs.
I took some of the food home because I was not able to finish it all, even though, I really wanted to and had some of my family members try it and they also fell in love with the taste.
Aside from the food, Reggio's as a company is bringing a new touch to the community with the interior design being that of a more stylistic and relaxed enviroment where you can eat and chat with your friends.
I loved the food and the enviroment and I would highly recommend.

The pizza was hot when served. The slices weren't cut all the way through but we figured it out. The garden salad was nice but had several rib pieces that were too thick to chew. Mike and Josh were really great: they both smiled and were humorous without being overly so. Mike made sure we had cheese and peppers and kept us in napkins.

Came in, was greeted by a young man and lady. Young man was leaning over the counter which made me feel uneasy about ordering. I've worked customer service for 20 years and that's just not a good look. No knock to him, good guy, but you have show that inviting hospitality.
Place was clean, well lit and looked inviting. Other than that its all downhill. I ordered a simple slice of pizza to go. Charged $6, and received the most pathetic, flimsy, burnt piece of pizza I ever had. I didnt even notice this until I got into my car and opened the box when I notice it felt kind of light for a six dollar slice. I was better off buying the store bought version and cooking it myself. It had no flavor, paper thin and my "slice" was basically 2 small pieces. I was so upset I just drove off and threw the pizza out the windows for the birds to eat. I don't know who is in charge of the quality and presentation of the items served here but it is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE.
I will not be back and will not recommend to ANYONE. If you can't get a simply slice of pizza correct I can only image what the rest of the food looks, taste and etc like.

Restaurant looks clean, friendly service… then I arrived home with my order, which was something simple, an order of turkey links, and an order of links. Which we waited for, as if we had ordered a pizza, still not a big deal. Links come with, fries, Cole slaw, and bread. Our orders had no bread!!!!!!! Barely had any sauce, and because it 92 degrees outside and I just truly don’t feel like going back out in the heat… I have to chalk it up as a lost. I have not a slice of bread or bbq sauce at home. I traveled and paid for what, still hungry, burned gas, wasted money, and my time I can’t get back. I’m extremely disappointed, thought this would ended of being one of my go to restaurant, NOT!

This place might have genuinely had the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Not only was the pizza extremely greasy and discolored, it was extremely soggy ( which you can clearly see in the picture). It tasted terrible and wet. I would not recommend this place for anyone unless you want to waste your money on food.
