A wonderfully fresh and authentic Italian pizza restaurant! Very friendly staff and prompt service. Nice Italian wine selection. Definitely get your own pizza or multiple pizzas if sharing...you will want to finish every last slice! Dessert was delicious - try the tartufo.

I recently visited Sottocasa and was blown away by the quality and care they put into their food. The pizza had an amazing dough and a tasty crust that you could tell was made with love.
The white sangria and watermelon salad were also delicious and refreshing. The owners were incredibly hospitable, and the staff provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

Great pizza place! My family came in with no reservation with a party of 6. The restaurant was full but the staff arranged for us to sit in the private heated patio out back which was just delightful. All of the pizzas were absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful!

We had such a beautiful experience here yesterday I felt like I was in Italy! The manager, Davide, was so kind to me and my husband, we felt like friends when we left! We specifically went because I researched and it was the best GF pizza in NY. And it was. I’ve eaten so many GF pizzas and none of them taste like real pizza, this one was incredible!!! Everything was fresh and the olive oil was amazing too. Highly recommend.

Probably my favorite pizza place in Brooklyn? It's absolutely super tasty and the staff is always really attentive and kind. The vibe is a little rustic (in the best way possible), but also feels like a cozy basement (if it had a bar). More

No frills spot for some amazing pizza - couldn’t believe we didn’t come here sooner. It’s a cozy and relaxed vibe inside where you can have a variety of different pizza options to choose from. Don’t sleep on the tiramisu! Great quality all for a very fair price. Definitely looking forward to coming back! More
