Original YukGaeJang with homemade ramen is pretty nice crafted. However, I love their Banchan more. Overall a very different recipe than those traditional Korean food we know such as Korean BBQ..etc. The portion is good for two for small eater. More

I got the cold noodles (mool neng myun) and pork. Food was decently priced and the quality of the side dishes were seasoned better than last time. Second time here, don't mind coming here. Lots of chinese food around and not a lot of decent korean food places. Check this place out.

The Pork Belly/Bossom WAS SO DELICIOUS. It was SO GOOD and a balanced meal. There were so many sides to wrap the pork belly with, where the pairing with the samjang was so so good. It was very nice that all the sides were unlimited and this fed 4 people! SO YUM More

Ordered the brisket and noodle soup and my friend ordered the seafood soup. Broth was good, but it was all broth! My friend and I had to search for the meat and even the noodles were sparse. Very disappointing. We left hungrier than when we got there. More

Ribs are nice and tender. A bit on the sweet side. Army stew has nice smokiness to it. Dumplings soup is surprisingly yummy. The pork belly is also very tender and not greasy - probably the best dish.

Very good food! After eating millions of Korean barbecue family decided to try something different and it’s totally worth it. Only complaint is the chopsticks, which is very flat and heavy, makes it very hard to use. And I’ve been using chopsticks since I was born 😬 … More

Came here recently and really enjoyed the hearty, flavorful soup—it had the perfect amount of spice and richness, with fresh ingredients like tofu, green onions, and tender shredded meat. It felt like true comfort food and was definitely the highlight of the meal for me.
I also tried the bossam (steamed pork with tofu and veggies). While it was presented beautifully and came with generous portions, the pork itself was on the dry side for my taste, so it didn’t quite hit the same level as the soup.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d definitely come back for the soup again!

Smaller restaurant but good attentive staff. Love the Bossam here, very fresh and goes well with all the ban chan. I also recently tried their cold noodles, so refreshing and hit just the right spot during the hot summer months. Plz get here early as parking can be a hassle, not the fault of the resturant tho. This place never misses when you're craving pork belly, ramen or spicy naengmyeon. The banchan is delicious and the servers help refill when needed. Great for groups to share. A medium is good for 2-3 people but there are other dishes to add or try for larger groups. More

Today, I brought the whole family to have Korean food at Yuk Dae Jang and drink some beef soup. In the end, only Grandma actually drank the soup--everyone else just focused on eating the meat
I really liked the minimalist interior design of the restaurant. The dark gray walls paired with warm lighting gave off a very clean and cozy vibe.
We ordered the Beef Brisket Sullung Tang with Glass Noodle, the Premium Bossam (boiled in various herbs, small size)--which is steamed pork belly served with napa cabbage--the Prime Beef Bulgogi with Glass Noodle, and two portions of handmade dumplings for the kids.
The pork belly was especially popular--my wife and I nearly finished the whole plate ourselves. Then came the dumplings, which were almost completely devoured by the two kids.
Grandma really enjoyed the beef soup; since she eats on the lighter side, it suited her taste perfectly.
Everything stayed hot really well--the beef soup and grilled pork belly were kept warm with gas burners at the table, and they were served in stone pots, which retain heat better.
The servers were very attentive and provided timely service. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

This is one of my favorite Korean spot in the SGV. The drinks are so cheap now, 6.99 for soju and 5.99 for beer. The seafood hot pot has good portion and with different kinds of seafood. The bossam is also tasty. The service was great and the place is clean.
