Food was great but our waitress, Astric, was terrible. We never got the appetizer we ordered and never got drink refills. We never actually saw her tending to any tables at all. We have come here for 10+ years and this place is absolutely worthless now. Completely understaffed. Incredibly overpriced wings now. No manager on duty tonight when we asked to speak to one and it clearly showed. We were here almost 2 hours, not by choice, and took on average 14 minutes to get a drink after ordering. 13 minutes when we ordered two plain vanilla ice creams for the kids. The tables were not bused the entire time we were there, nor the bar; they are lucky the health inspector did not come in tonight. We were here from 7-9pm too so not off hours. Bartender was the slowest I’ve experienced in a long time. Only a single waitress for the entire bar area. Much more not worth speaking of. This place should not last much longer with the management here, or lack there of I should say. Stay away for your health and time. Update: We tried giving this place another try 1/8/23 and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Almost every booth was littered with food on the floor, food and trash debris on the floor right when entering the main dining area. We turned around and left. Horrible experience there today. I’ve been there so many times even spoke with a mgr about how nice he was once. Today there was a different girl at the bar and mgr. The bartender asked me for ID of course I told her I didn’t have it and that I had never shown one before. I get it…she still needs to see it but Before I could get out I was gonna run to my car she says can’t serve you without one and walks away. Like rude. I walk to get my food bc that’s all I was waiting on and tell the mgr she’s a real joy. He goes to the bar and speaks to her then comes to ask me what happen. I tell him and say I guess if I was a white guy maybe she would have treated me better. ( bc that’s all that I saw at the bar, and mind you she took forever even coming to me, not to mention she also didn’t seem like she wanted to serve me.) He gets all in his feels walks away saying now we are racist:..no not you maybe her. Or judging me based on how I’m dressed. I say, can I just get my money back bc at this point they are both rude. He refused to give me my money back. I explained I no longer want to eat here or used my hard earned dollars on TWO rude people. Needless to say he refused to come to the front and spoke about me to the staff as I’m literally asking for my money back. Dude looked over it before he even spoke to me. I’m not surprised. See pictures below of me with no food. Or money. AGAIN I REPEAT I LEFT MY FOOD BC I DONT EAT WHAT RUDE PEOPLE DELIVER. SO THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THEIR FOOD. If I could give a "0" I would. This was undoubtedly the worst experience I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings location. Our Mens ministry went for our Christmas celebration. We had twenty-one men with one server assigned. The restaurant was reasonably busy BUT not full. The drinks came to us incorrect. Unsweet tea was ordered and returned because it was sweet tea. The replacement was also sweet tea. I settled for water. The food took 1.5 hours for the first orders to come and three orders never came. Three were incorrect and the Grilled chicken Caesar was slathered with something sweet although the description did not indicate that. When some orders arrived , one person out of 18 was satisified with the food. It was terrible.(maybe a new cook??) After 2.5 hours , we simply left without the remaining orders although one arrived as we were leaving. I don't blame the waitress but do fault the manager. With a party of 21 you would logically have two servers in that area; or if short staffed, split the group between the two assigned servers. The final straw was the disgusting Men's bathroom. I will not share a picture because of the grossness. But feces and used tissue was all over the total which could not be flushed. *Overwhelmed waitress, *incorrect orders, *callous kitchen staff, *unsanitary restroom, *food substandard *some others never arrived and * poor management Don't waste your time unless you just want to be in a bar around people.
