Stop by here for lunch often since i work across the street at tigon golf carts. Food is pretty good. Service is good. Cool spot with a old school small town fast food vibe. More

Small portion sizes (milkshake not filled, thin quesidillas, sauces from back barely filled up)
Service is good, but the low quantity in food drags the score down because I'm there for food.

This cookout, like all others, is a good place to hang out with friends and eat. Although, there's not a lot of parking and no seating, you can make yourself a spot on the curb. Food is great and cheap, too.

Our family absolutely loves Cook Out! Whenever we’re in the mood for BBQ-style burgers, this is where we head. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served fast. We love the variety on the menu burgers, chicken, sides, and those amazing shakes! More

We’ve been coming to this Cook Out for years, and while it used to be decent, the service has seriously gone downhill. Lately, the staff seems uninterested, rushed, and sometimes straight-up rude. On top of that, they constantly get orders … More

The intercom on the left side is barely working. It makes it very difficult to here the person. When we got to the window they gentlemen didn’t say a word to us. We got milkshakes and they were good. Not the best shopping center to eat in your car. Past 1030-11 on a weekend expect to wait in line a while. More

Took me 10 minutes to order my food no one was working the walk up window. Finally someone got to the window i ordered my food, took 20 minutes before my food was handed out and my food was just sitting at the window half the time I was there. All I got was 4 bacon wraps and when it was ready It wasn't what I ordered. More

So I have been to quite a few cook outs but the worst is New Bern ave in Raleigh. The second worst is the one off of south saunders I believe it is. The food is delicious but the customer service sucked. The food can be overcooked sometimes. More

Great place to go for late night grub. Beware there will be homeless people approaching your car any time after dark. Always. Most of them just want food, but it’s just the people who run after your car that make it a liiittle sketchy More

It’s been going down hill but this just did it for me. It’s blatant disregard & considering I just bought a pack of chicken for $3, I’ll just cook a full meal at 1 AM next time. Also, the chicken tenders are old! The fries were good though More

Took forever to get my food. Which is usually understandable, however there were 2 other cars in the entire line. Worker at the window had an attitude for no reason at all. Food was not correct entirely either, it tasted like burger king. Needs new management, this isn’t the first time. More

The drive thru line was roughly 10 cars deep on both sides. Took 10-15 mins to order another 10-15 to get the food. This is ridiculous. Love cook out but this location is not good. No way out of the line either. I drove off. Who knows how long it would've taken to actually get my food.

Our family loves cookout. Our favorite is the milkshakes. Most of my family members have their favorite and always get that one! Me? I tried to go through the entire list! They are all way full of whatever you have in in it chocolate or cookies or fruits or whatever. The food is great too.The cookout tray is my favorite and I see it as great value for the money. It is well worth driving through to get something. There’s not really much of a place to eat there maybe one table, but it depends on which when you visit.

It is late the crowd is wild and the staff is killing it! I've worked in restaurants for over 30 years in every aspect. I was watching and observing how the crew at this location worked with each other without some sort of conflict. I know there can be and they were so on their game! Thanks y'all and damn good job!

The worst Cook Out in Raleigh, by far. This is nearest to my house and I come here at least once per week. No exaggeration, they mess up my order 9 out of 10 times. I enunciate, order slow, it doesn’t matter. The night crew here needs better management.
I took my order back tonight to get it corrected and they messed it up again. Not even close. Really need to upgrade your drive thru equipment, processes, and training

So I am not sure if the woman, Amahirani, working the drive through at 1745 is having a horrible day, or she hates this job and her life. She had ZERO customer service skills. Her demeanor this evening would be better suited for the Detention Center across the way! Even my order was messy (see photo for an example) so the entire shift has zero customer service skills. Come at your own risk!
