Emilia was an outstanding server. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. She made sure everything came out correctly, checked in at the right times without being intrusive, and handled everything with confidence and care. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic truly elevated the entire dining experience. Service like hers makes people want to come back. Highly recommend asking for Emilia if you want excellent service.

Visiting Charlotte for a few days and decided to make a quick reservation here. The food and service was amazing! I ordered the loaded baked potato soup as an appetizer and the real chopped bacon was a nice touch! For my entree, I ordered the steak frites and I have no complaints. Well seasoned and tender. The arugula salad and fries were also pretty good. I got the Abandoned Cadillac for a drink it definitely packed a punch. My server Jurnee was super informative and helpful. 10/10 experience. They even validate parking for up to 2 hours!

Wonderful place!! My fiance and I enjoyed our visit here so much. The food was delicious, the wagyu puff pastries were yummy and the Mac Burger with a side cesar salad was the way to go! Monkey bread for dessert was worth the wait too! They even split our main meal for us since we were sharing. Service was phenomenal, Mattan was WONDERFUL, absolutely so sweet and so attentive!! We will definitely be back.
