We love shopping here. The selection on some items can be limited and prices can be a little higher but the quality is superb. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite department is the Sausage Works. They also have a great beer selection.

I love all of the departments. I ordered from The Cakery and the smokery and all the fixings for a cookout and birthday party. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. Great prices for the amount of food I got. Smoked ribs, wings, pulled pork and brisket. The cake was beautiful. I’m already ordering for another birthday party!

Ideal for those getting off of work. Healthy eating choices. They have a large salad bar. Numerous other things. It's a larger version of a 14k health food store but with the mix of a Publix food variety but the samples of a Sam's whole sale, not to mention the entertainment from the department's. Each has a unique twist with bells and whistles.

Experienced 2 workers just sitting on their phones in the seasoning aisle and the bakery. The woman in the seasoning aisle was completely blocking what i needed to look at. The woman in the bakery didn’t offer us any help as we were standing at the bakery case. She was on her phone with gloves on then proceeded to go right into touching bare pastries with the same gloves. She did not wash her hands or change her gloves. Now all of the baked goods she touched are contaminated. The amount of bacteria on phones is disgusting and it hinders how long baked goods stay fresh when they’re exposed to that kind of bacteria. Soo disappointing lowe’s foods! Definitely won’t be buying anything from there.

This grocery store is my favorite by far. It is just different from all others. It has a different feel or vibe as you walk in. My favorite thing is the bakery! They make the most beautiful cakes that look like they are really expensive but they are regular price. So delicious! I can stop in and pick a cake up from display and it looks like I had someone make it just for me. I love this place! The people there are always friendly and happy to help.

This is such a nice store. The bakery, produce and meat departments can't be beat. Sammy's is a nice alternative for a quick lunch. The beer cave and smoked meats are great additions. Floral is always nice. The body of the store has alot of great options as well. Standards brands and store brands options are offered for most things. It's clean and bright. Great store all around.

Although lately the bananas have been extremely green (see photo, which actually makes them look less green than they were). Grab a coffee, wine, or beer to enjoy during your shopping trip. This is my new favorite grocery store. Not only is it pretty, it’s clean. The staff is so helpful and invested in their customers and products. Every time I have a question, there is someone right there to help me. I can get samples of great cheese to make sure it it’s the right flavor profile and the person helping me even helps me pair it with wine, smoked meats, and nuts. I love getting fresh herbs that I can cut myself or get fresh squeezed juices. I think my favorite thing is that they have great prices for seafood and meat. My fiancé and I can try out different beer every time we stop in to pair with the dinner we’re making that evening or just pick up a pizza to throw in the oven. When my fiancé and I shop here it’s always a stress free and enjoyable experience.

I love shopping in Lowes . However today I'm here 4:45 I've been in a long line for an assisted check out. Only 1 line open . The self ck is just as lenghty. Hay friends this is a busy time of day. The salesman for the company told me I can go to Walmart and get it. I don’t go to Walmart tired of being disappointed, especially when I gotta drive all the way from Saint Andrews.

Since 1954 this store has been in business. It's not hard to see why. It's not just a grocery store but a food oasis. Having shopped Lowes Foods in many Carolina locations in the last decade, something was definitely amiss on multiple recent visits in November 2025. Staffing, training, basic customer service, and attention to detail were obviously lacking: Sign in the Beer Den "Open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m." posted with no staff after 11 a.m. Unattended carts, loaded as high as possible with boxed grocery items, were strewn about numerous grocery aisles. Additionally, those grocery aisles appeared to have been ravaged in a massive sale - no fronting/facing, very disorganized, cereal items located without any signage to determine price, expired items and items with bad seals available for sale on the locally manufactured shelves, Holiday shippers and displays totally devoid of any product or anyone working to fill them, full priced Halloween items prominently for sale long after markdowns would normally occurred.... Perimeter fresh departments appeared well staffed and associates appeared to be having a great time. However, on multiple attempts to make staff contact in the Deli, Fried Chicken, sandwich, coffee, sausage, meat and seafood areas, recognition of my presence occurred only once. Meats appeared well tended. Seafood appeared as if it would not pass muster of the smell test - wild offerings were few. A lone bakery associate was very willing to explain why the red velvet cake freezer slot contained pumpkin roll and should be later reorganized. The men's restroom was well past due for a major detailing. Perhaps my visits were on "bad" days. Perhaps store leadership was preoccupied. Perhaps... Fortunately, for me, this particular store is not in my typical shopping area and I need not return. Sadly, nothing offered here appeared that special. Additionally, when I shared some of my observations with the store manager, she responded "Welcome to the world of Lowe's corporate support." No wonder that store would have staffing opportunities.

It's a nice grocery store but their meat products always seem to be spoiled. I can never get good beef or chicken. Chicken smells rancid and the beef is often oxidized. Wish I could have a one stop shop but I seem to have to shop somewhere else for meat.
