Just had the best bowl of rice cake and mandu soup. The seafood pancake was a little lite on the seafood but was very tasty. Definitely coming back. The service was prompt and the lady that served us was very sweet. More

Stopped in when they weren’t crowded in mid afternoon and about five minutes later the place filled up completely with what seemed to be many regulars.
They made me a plant based bibimbap and it was delicious. Came out beautifully arranged, sizzling in the pot. While they felt they house kimchi might not be plant based, they have another version that came with sprouts and daikon, and of course hot sauce, to complete the meal. That golden crisp rice from the bottom had me wanting an appetite that allowed for a second serving!
They have been in business for a very long time, it showed and I will be back.

We were vacationing in Oahu, and one person in our group just had to get some Korean food, so we stopped by here. We got 4 different dishes at this place: naengmyun (cold noodles), fried rice in black bowl, kalbi, and tteokbokki (rice cakes in hot sauce). The cold noodles were decent. No real complaints there. The fried rice were semi disappointing because it wasn't very hot (temperature). I understand that it wasn't a stone bowl fried rice, but I still expected the rice and other ingredients to be hotter than room temp. The kalbi was the most disappointing. The meat was tough and the flavors were just so-so. We've had much better kalbi at L&L. This is not a knock on L&L, but L&L is a fast food take out place, and you'd expect a much higher quality at a sit down Korean place where it costs twice as much. Finally the rice cakes were also disappointing. Not only did they not allow adding ramen noodles despite the menu indicating that we could (they said the menus were old), there were only like 10 pieces of rice cakes, and the flavor was mediocre.
Not a terrible experience, but it was not great either. I think 3 stars is a very fair assessment. Would I stop by again in my future visit? Probably not, unless it was really hot and I wanted a nice bowl of cold noodles only.

I don’t know why their cold noodles became so well known in Japan. I didn’t enjoy it at all. Too sweet and bland noodle is not really good Korean cold noodles I’ve had previously.
Staff are not polite people either, all sat in the customers table when I walked in 10min past of their opening hours. Few of them remained seated while I had my mean..

Worst experience ever. The server brought the bill during the meal and asked us to pay. What was even more surprising was that they wrote the tip amount by hand. I told them that this is not normal and they replied that this is the minimum. It is not even stated on the menu and this is illegal. I will never come here again. More

One of the best cold noodles on the island. Anyone knows one that’s even better? Get the combo with cold noodle.
