I normally order the steak burgers (haven't had Slice Factory in a while so I thought I was treating myself) but to my surprise they no longer serve them so I settled for the jumbo slices; 2 cheese, 2 all meat and a order of fries. I'm sitting outside when the delivery driver pulls up and I'm watching him as he goes to the back seat area. He either picked up the boxes from the seat area (he was on the drivers side as I was watching from the passenger side)...which I find was nasty as all outdoors knowing somebody's tucus was possibly there or he picked them up from the floor area. The 4 pizza slice boxes were not in anything to keep them hot or warm or something because the slices were ice cold and not worth what I paid for them. Food costs way too much money to have to deal with subpar food. Will NEVER eat from here again.

I got the pleasure of enjoying my pizza to the tinny sound of not just one but at a time two different employee's Netflix on blast from their cell phones. I mean if ya'll can afford to have this many employees sitting around, can we not hook them up with headphones? The restaurant was not playing music either, thankfully, I had my headphones with me, which helped but did not totally drown out the sounds of Young Sheldon coming from behind the counter.
One other thing that was off from an atmosphere perspective, a slice house with no salt, pepper, parm or crushed red shakers? I was able to get a parm and crushed red packet by asking one of the streamers behind the counter.
Here's the real deal about the pizza. Its an $8 slice, an insane price for a single slice of pizza. However it is large and thick, so it is a significant amount of food. The staff was very kind and polite and offered to cut it into squares, so it was actually two meals for me. I've had my share of thin NY style slices, this is good but the opposite of that. The crust is lovely, thick, the ingredients felt light and it wasn't greasy.
TL:DR Atmosphere could use some help, pizza would do again, its pretty spendy for what you're getting.

I came to this location about a week ago and emailed my concerns to corporate before coming here to leave a review. Corporate did get back to me, stating that the owner/manager would be contacting me directly. A week later and nothing. So seeing that the owner/manager never got back to, they must not take it serious when a customer goes out of their way to email corporate over some health hazards/concerns at their establishment. I went to the Pilsen location for lunch and was very disturbed/disgusted at the findings there. Upon ordering our food, I noticed some small cups with liquid around the pizzas that were out behind the glass casing. I asked the cashier what that was , and was told they were cups of “oil” to capture the flies that flew around the pizzas. Yikes. So next, the drink dispenser . 8 drink options are visible, yet after the purchase, we were told only 2 were working. The lemonade and the fruit punch. Not only was the machine out of order, the but ice dispenser had BLACK MOLD accumulating on the outside ridges and the counter top where the machine is stationed is full of yellow crust. Also the bathroom was out of order. For a franchise that is well known, I was highly disappointed when I encountered this establishment. There should be no reason for that place to look so run down and in that condition. There was no one in there at the time meaning there is plenty of time to clean and fix the problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TNIS LOCATION AT ALL! Do better SLICE FACTORY. Dooo betterrrrr!!!!

Quite disappointed with my first experience here. My interaction with the employees was acceptable, but my food was lackluster. I paid around 11 dollars for a pizza that barely had any toppings on it. One of the saddest pizzas I have ever eaten in my life. Never again…

My daughter likes this place. She orders food on HER phone. I guess that's good. She inherited her parent's good taste.

Just grabbed some late night grub and I will say this…this is probably top tier college end of the night food. I ordered 10 Buffalo wings, 5 BBQ wings, and a slice of their meat lover’s pizza.
The wings are a slightly, and STRONG EMPHASIS ON SLIGHTLY, better than the wings you could buy at 7/11…respectfully, but 7x more expensive. However, their Meat Lover’s pizza, though old, was still amazing warmed up. I’d return just for another slice.
The cashier was very friendly and welcoming. I’d only return to try their pizza. I think they’re an overpriced restaurant trying to compete in more than enough niche food sectors in the food industry and it’s doing more harm than good for them.
Scale down the menu and focus on fresher and quality ingredients to create a place for yourselves in Chicago’s pizzeria landscape.

When they say jumbo slices they mean JUMBO!!! The slices are the biggest I've ever seen. It tastes pretty good for a place that sells by the slice. I would go back.

This place has been open for a while as I remember. This place has been on my bucket for years. I decided to try this place out. 1, I had a jumbo slice of pizza that had BBQ sauce, it was great! 2, I had fries. They were not good honestly. No flavor or taste. But they were cheap tho.
